Outlet Store Return Policy
All merchandise is sold as-is at the Goodwill Outlet Stores. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Outlet Store Shopping Policies
Shoppers are required to follow policies designed for customer safety:
- Shirt and shoes must be worn.
- No smoking
- No running
- No personal shopping containers
- Children must be attended by an adult.
- Do not leave carts unattended.
- Goodwill is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Merchandise must be removed from the store at time of purchase.
- Do not take merchandise in the restrooms.
- Do not remove items from the blue merchandise bins until they come to a complete stop.
For your safety, Goodwill customers should use caution when sorting through items in the blue merchandise bins. There could be sharp items mixed in with our merchandise.
Goodwill reserves the right to refuse service to outlet store customers who do not adhere to these policies.
Checkout Procedures
- Please place all glassware, dishware and individually priced items on the register countertop.
- Push your cart onto the scale, leaving clothing, accessories, housewares and toys priced by the pound inside.
- Step away from the scale, and the cashier will ring up your purchase.
- The Goodwill Outlet Stores accept cash, personal checks with a valid I.D., MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
